Turning Disease Biology into Precision Medicine

Precision medicine starts with understanding what drives the disease — and identifying the patients in whom that biology matters most.

Precision medicine is a core element of our development strategy. We aim to link target biology to biomarker-driven development strategies. By integrating biomarker discovery, expression profiling, and pathway activity early in development, we connect target biology with patient selection and clinical trial design. In early clinical trials this enables us to focus on patient populations in which the targeted pathway is most relevant to disease. As a result, we develop therapies with a differentiated clinical profile.

Precision through selectivity

By targeting biologically defined patient populations, we aim to move beyond broad, non-selective pathway blockade. Our goal is to deliver precisely tailored therapeutic interventions.

Biomarkers integrated early

Biomarker strategies are incorporated from early preclinical development through clinical trial planning to inform patient selection and study design.

Biology-driven patient selection

We use pathway activity, target expression, and other biological markers to identify patient populations most likely to benefit from treatment.
